What we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), how you found us, and your message.

We also collect basic analytics data (such as pages visited and device type) via Cloudflare Web Analytics. This does not use cookies or track you across other websites.

How we use your data

We use your contact details to respond to your enquiry and discuss our services. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties except where required to operate our website (e.g. form hosting via Netlify) or required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months so we can follow up on projects and maintain business records, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email hello@essexwebdesigns.com.
